Questions buyers ask us
Short answers to the questions we hear most from overseas retailers. Anything else — just ask.
What is kuji?
Kuji is a guaranteed-win draw format: every ticket wins a prize from a tiered lineup (A Prize, B Prize, C Prize and so on), and the final ticket in a set claims the extra Last One prize. Sets are sold sealed with all tickets included, which is what makes the format work for shops and draw platforms.
What is Chinese original-IP kuji?
Draw sets built on IPs born in China — hit animation, web novels and games such as Lord of the Mysteries, Link Click, The King's Avatar, Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, Heaven Official's Blessing, Fox Spirit Matchmaker, Arknights, Wuthering Waves and Love and Deepspace. It is the fastest-moving corner of the Chinese collectibles market, and the one overseas retailers can rarely source — JAGA supplies it at distributor scale.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantity and factory assortment vary by product. Kuji is sold as complete sealed sets; figures, plush and blind boxes each have their own minimums and assortments, confirmed per selection. Mix brands and titles in a single shipment, and scale to cartons or containers as lines prove themselves.
Which kuji brands can you supply?
Our distribution portfolio spans 20+ labels, including Ichiban Kuji, BNTSH (Bandai Namco Shanghai Toys), FUXION by POP MART, KOILAND by Alifish, bilibili's Cili-shang, Yuewen Goods, Tencent Video's Chaopinji lines and TianWen Kadokawa's Douni-shang. Tell us which lines you need and we confirm availability per selection.
Which IPs are available?
More than 100 licensed IPs. Chinese originals include Lord of the Mysteries, Link Click, The King's Avatar, Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, Heaven Official's Blessing, Fox Spirit Matchmaker, Daomu Biji, The Outcast, Fei Ren Zai, The Legend of Luo Xiaohei, Scissor Seven, Arknights, Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Love and Deepspace and Reverse: 1999. Japanese titles from China-market releases include One Piece, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Blue Lock, Haikyu!!, Pokémon, Chiikawa and Hatsune Miku. Do you supply Bandai Ichiban Kuji?
Yes — as China-market releases. JAGA's operating company, Shanghai Yuexia Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., holds a 2026–27 dealer authorization (1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027) from Bandai Namco (Shanghai) Entertainment as an authorized Mainland China distributor of Ichiban Kuji. The authorization covers Mainland China; sets sold overseas are China-region editions (parallel trade). Tell us what your shop needs and we confirm availability per selection.
How do you ship to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia?
Air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders; consolidated air and sea freight for volume. Quotes are offered either duty-paid to door or with import taxes payable at destination; volumetric or actual weight (whichever is greater), insurance and surcharges are itemized, and every quote carries a validity window. Full export documentation is included with every shipment.
Can we run livestream draws with your sets?
Yes. Sets arrive sealed with every ticket included — exactly the format online kuji shops and livestream draw platforms need. Many of our partners run their entire draw calendar on our weekly release list. Prize-draw rules differ by market: how you operate draws in your destination remains your responsibility as the operator.
How do I see prices?
We are B2B only and prices are not public. Email or WhatsApp us with a short introduction of your business and we reply with a stock selection and quotation. Your portal account — with full pricing and weekly releases — opens after your first stock order, as you move into preorder planning. See how ordering works.
What is the Last One prize?
The bonus prize awarded to whoever draws the final ticket in a kuji set — typically an exclusive variant of the set's top figure. It is why the last tickets of a set are often the most fought over, in stores and on livestreams alike.
How is kuji different from blind boxes?
Both are surprise formats, but a kuji set is a finite, sealed pool of tickets with a published tier list and a Last One prize, which makes the draw transparent and runnable as an event. Blind boxes are open-ended single units. Many of our partners stock both — kuji for energy, blind boxes for everyday shelf turnover.
How many prizes are in one kuji set?
It varies by line — commonly between 60 and 80 tickets across the prize tiers, plus the Last One prize. Every set's exact lineup is published on its release sheet, which you can see in our ordering portal.
How long does shipping take?
Typically: air express 5–10 days for samples and small orders; consolidated air freight around 1–2 weeks; sea freight 4–6 weeks depending on the destination. Every shipment includes full export documentation.
Can I sell prizes individually instead of running draws?
Yes. Many retail partners break sets into tiered prizes and shelve them individually — top-tier figures as premium stock, mid and base tiers as accessible price points. How you retail the set is entirely up to you.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide — Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia and beyond — with export documentation included. Each quote states whether it is duty-paid to door or whether import taxes are payable at destination; local compliance on the destination side remains the buyer's responsibility, and we provide the paperwork you need.
