How ordering works: stock first, then preorders
New overseas partners start with ready stock, not a form: tell us what you sell, and a human replies with a concrete selection. Here is the path from first message to first shipment.
From request to shipment in four steps
Send a short introduction of your business — store type, market, what you sell. We match it against available stock and reply with a selection; for every item it confirms supply source, licensing territory, minimum quantity and shipping options, with a validity window. You confirm, pay, and we ship — samples by air express, volume by consolidated air or sea freight, export documentation included. Your portal account opens after this first stock order, as you move into preorder planning.
Ready stock and preorders
Ready stock is finite — popular sets often sell through and are not restocked, so a stocked shelf is a reason to act rather than wait. Ongoing programs run on preorders placed against the labels' release calendars. Where a release has closed its order window but not yet shipped, we register your interest and source against it — that is a sourcing request, not stock on hand, and we label it as such.
What each quotation confirms
Every quotation states the product's licensing territory, the minimum quantity and factory assortment, and the shipping basis — duty-paid to door or import taxes payable at destination — with volumetric or actual weight (whichever is greater), insurance and surcharges itemized. Quotes carry a validity window; allocation is reconfirmed at order time. See the kuji guide for how the product format itself works.
